All dogs must be fully vaccinated including:
- Canine Parvovirus normally known as Parvo.
- Infectious Canine Hepatitis
- Kennel Cough
Copies of up-to-date vaccination cards are required at time of booking and will be entered onto to a vaccination register which is continuously monitored ensuring that all dogs keep update with their vaccinations.
A short temperament test will be completed before your dog will be allowed into our free play area. This is a short and simple process and is for the safety of all (humans and dogs) ensuring that your dog is suitable and will get the most out of a daycare environment.
bitches in season
We are unable to accept bitches in season into the daycare centre. You need to inform us at the earliest opportunity if your bitch has come into season. If we spot this while in care with us we will separate your dog for the remainder of the day and you will be informed.
If you would like us to feed your dog whilst in daycare, you just need to let us know when you register, letting us know your dog’s specific requirements and feeding times. We have separate pens which we use for feeding times to ensure your dog can eat in peace away from others and there is no mixing of foods. We do not provide food, so you will need to make sure you bring your dog’s food in a sealed container with their name on.
If your dog requires medication during their stay at daycare this isn’t a problem. We can administer any medication that your dog needs according to your instructions.
treats and allergies
We do feed occasional treats to the dogs whilst in daycare i.e. for good behaviour and when training to use our indoor dog toilet area etc. If your dog suffers for any type of allergy please inform us when registering.
